A few tipoffs: "Measures" is spelled "Mesures" "Unknown" is spelled "Uknowen" The website you go to is not PayPal.com, it is https://rsj17.rhostjh.com/~rcalinsi/uptade-account/paypalHOBfihaziebdziebd/3478a2917822ebd7001266d8624395f5/mpp/update/ The site has the PayPal logo and none of the links at the bottom of the site work. They are just fraudulent.  

Both Tim Hortons and McDonalds raise their prices on coffee 10 cents. A small goes from $1.40 to $1.50.

Seems like some sort of telemarketing number. 

    Someone claiming to be from the Marriott saying you won something.

Call this number back and it says that the call cannot be completed.
