These "No Dickering" signs on Toronoto sidewalks appear to be a promotion for the History TV Canada channel show "Down East Dickering".
The show takes place in down east Maine and follows colourful characters living on their own terms by wheeling and dealing anad working a bunch of odd jobs, engaging in wild barters, and other ways to make some cash.
