The Common espresso bar (Annex location) closing (408 Bloor Street West)
On Sunday (April 1st, 2018) The Common location at 408 Bloor Street West is closing after three years at that space. The rent is roughly three times as much as their location near Bloor and Westmoreland Avenue (1028 Bloor Street West), and that 1028 location is maybe 10 times bigger than the Annex location.
