This person is trying to steal your information.
A few tipoffs:
"Measures" is spelled "Mesures"
"Unknown" is spelled "Uknowen"
The website you go to is not PayPal.com, it is
https://rsj17.rhostjh.com/~rcalinsi/uptade-account/paypalHOBfihaziebdziebd/3478a2917822ebd7001266d8624395f5/mpp/update/
The site has the PayPal logo and none of the links at the bottom of the site work. They are just fraudulent.
